David Hooker is a Law graduate from Cambridge and a Petroleum Geology graduate from the Royal School of Mines. He began his career with Pennzoil Company working in Houston, Calgary, The Hague and Brussels. He was Managing Director in turn of Candecca Resources, Plascom Limited and Aberdeen Petroleum all of which explored for and produced oil and gas. More recently he was Chairman of Bakyrchik Gold which owned a deep mine in Kazakhstan, GoshawK Insurance which operated from both London and Bermuda and is also a non executive director of Oceaneering International Inc (NYSE) and Aminex Plc (LSE). He is Chairman of Ocean Hover Limited.

Benjamin Hooker is an Accountancy and Finance graduate from Buckingham University . He worked for Oceaneering International Inc, an oil service company in Aberdeen before being transferred to Nigeria and Singapore, spending two years in each region. After returning to the United Kingdom, he was appointed Managing Director of Technotrak Limited a designer, manufacturer and retailer of safety equipment. Following the sale of Technotrak, he has consulted for a number of oil service companies and is the founder and Managing Director of Ocean Hover Limited.

Capt. Anthony Byrne is a former Royal Marine Commando and was chosen to lead the Royal Navy's ACV concept feasibility trials in the Norwegian Arctic between 1987 and 1988. Tony's experience of Arctic operations includes command of a prototype design ACV and the first successful unsupported winter circumnavigation of the Baltic Sea (approx 1800 nm). He was involved in the design, build and trials of the new Vosper Thornycroft ACV for the Sri Lanka Navy and was responsible for the training of their personnel in all aspects of hovercraft operations. Most recently, he has acted as the Client representative for Agip KCO, managing the integration of two 80-seater ACVs into their oilfield operations. This has included induction trials, risk assessment analysis and the authoring of operational procedures in line with HSE policies. His ACV operational experience includes seismic survey in Pakistan, Military trials in Cyprus and Saudi Arabia, Oil & Gas operations in Kazakhstan and Venezuela; anti-smuggling operations in Malaysia and the introduction of tandem hovercraft in oil spill response capacities in the Caspian Sea. He has written and presented the two-part ACV training instruction programme used by the Royal Marines. He is Operations Manager of Ocean Hover Limited.
